Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Management:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute large-scale programs with a focus on end-to-end project delivery.
- Integrate an operations perspective into project planning and execution.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with various functions, including content, product, sales, and partners, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment.
- Manage the field team, providing operational guidance and support.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Regularly engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate smooth project functioning.
Project Health Management:
- Monitor and manage the overall health of projects, identifying and addressing operational challenges.
Reporting and Communication:
- Generate comprehensive reports on project activities, outcomes, and operational efficiency
- Report project progress and outcomes to the leadership team.
- Provide regular updates on the operational aspects of the projects.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
Process Definition and Oversight:
- Define delivery processes and ensure their effective implementation.
Risk Management:
- Anticipate and proactively flag potential risks associated with project operations.
Performance Evaluation:
- Evaluate project performance against set benchmarks, incorporating operational metrics.
Experience Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Project Management, with a strong emphasis on operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in advanced Excel; experience with Project Management tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and email).
