Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Job Description

Square Panda is looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading a unique way of learning.

 

Responsibilities

  • Researching potential to collaborate as well as raise funds.
  • Writing funding proposals and sending these to potential sponsors.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to create promotional activities.
  • Developing fundraising events.
  • Organizing campaigns that will lead to donations.
  • Develop corporate fundraising programs
  • Monitor progress of fundraising drives
  • Develop strategies to encourage new or increased contributions
  • Secure commitments of participation or donation from individuals or corporate donors
  • Prepare materials of charitable events such as success stories, gift bags, etc
  • Create or update donor databases
  • Establish fundraising goals for events or specific time periods
  • Send updates to donors regularly
  • Work with NGO Partners to successfully embed employee engagement in their projects though a structured action plan, such that the quality of CSR program gets further enriched.     
  • Support the marketing team in designing internal and external communications such as mailers, newsletters, press notes, blurbs, stories for events and programs etc
  • Support Square Panda Teams in on ground project implementation, events wherever required.

 

Desired Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the development sector, preferably in CSR engagement and promoting volunteerism.
  • Management & organizational skills: well organized and able to coordinate a wide range of concurrent activities, prioritizing workload effectively to meet deadlines. Self-motivation to act independently and to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to comprehend large datasets.
  • Experience in program management, volunteer engagement, and networking.
  • Excellent management and organizational skills along with strong quantitative skills.
  • Flexible, self-motivating, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a team player.
  • Ability to deal with changing environments.
