Responsibilities
• Develop and present Annual Operating Budgets, Quarterly Forecasts and Monthly Analysis defining processes, templates, and timelines for the same
• Build pricing models as per the business
• Setting up well defined and documented processes, SOPS and SLAs for collection of data and dissemination of value-added information with key stakeholders
• Partner with Business leads and have regular interactions with them to understand and discuss company’s performance, growth initiatives and activities undertaken to achieve the same
• Simulating and studying the impact of any key business results, decisions etc
• Identify and track Key Business Metrics to provide meaningful inputs along with suggestions wrt. the Company’s performance.
• Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
• Budgeting & planning process of the organization and for various business verticals.
• Present findings, insights, reports, analysis, MIS to Management
• Assist in Financial modelling for new business opportunities, geographies, sectors to evaluate key decision-making parameters such as feasibility, payback period, ROI, etc.
• Identify and implement all opportunities for automation of routine and repetitive tasks.
Requirements
• CA – with minimum 10+ years post qualification experience
• Strong financial bookkeeping and reporting responsibilities. Should have been involved in leading the FP&A function as a FP&A Head or similar position, preferably in a Services / B2B SAAS industry
• Experience in handling multiple business segments spanning across geographies and dealing with multiple business heads would be preferred
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
• Knowledge of any existing data visualization platforms is useful
• Knowledge of working in Tally/ Net Suite environment is optional but useful
• Capable of working under pressure. Capable of working in unstructured environment.
• Being comfortable with technologies and knowing how to leverage the tech for reporting and analytics objectives
• Experience in automating routine tasks such as MIS generation, variance analysis, etc.

• Strong communication skills with confidence in communicating / collaborating with senior management
